About Me

Hi! I’m Dwan. I live with my wife, 2 kids, and 4 dogs in Franklin, TN. I am obsessed with VW buses (I’m on my 2nd one), hot tea, and football (Go Bulldogs and Titans!) I spent my childhood in South Georgia before moving to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 21. When I was a senior in high school, I worked for a real estate brokerage in Statesboro, GA. It was at that time that real estate and properties drew me in. I learned early from one of the best real estate brokers in the area. Fast forward 13 years and I have led an amazing real estate journey following her path. My passion is very much like the HGTV shows that people watch without the glam.
